Shahpura House

The Shahpura House, once residence of erstwhile rulers and scion of the Shekhawat clan of Rajputs. The house has been converted into a hotel by Rao Dhir Singh and the doors have been flung open to the visitors from all over the world. Rare among hotels it has remained a family home, where the members of the erstwhile ruling family welcome you personally as their honored guest. The Traditional Rajput architect, a mixture of Mughal and Indian, a facade with domes and frescoes. The House is a very fine example of Shekhawati frescos and architecture.
